Faculty of Yoga and Alternative Medicine, University of Lucknow, an online training program of Yoga and ways to improve one’s immunity will be started on 9/5/2021 8 am to 9 pm daily During these programs, university teachers, employees and students and community members will go to the links of online platforms like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and join these programs and practice Yoga as well as improve their body’s disease resistance.

Professor Incharge Naveen Khare said that by joining this online program very easily, not only Uttar Pradesh but also people of the country and abroad can get health benefits, and that it is not only necessary but important to develop the body’s resistance during the corona period. It has been proved by scientific research that the practice of different types of Yogasanas, Pranayama, Meditation, Shatkarma, Mudra and Bandha are increasing the immunity of the body, so this program will be publicized and disseminated by the faculty in the public interest.
Faculty Coordinator Dr. Amarjeet Yadav said that in this online program, various modules are being prepared according to the physical and mental capacity of the person, and by watching these programs, any one can develop a better lifestyle even by staying at their home. A series of different programs have been made for immunity and health enhancement. With the practice of these programs, one can easily keep the digestion, respiration, blood circulation as well as and muscles, joints right. Through the Faculty, the programs are designed in a way that people can get health benefits without side effects, increase the oxygen level of the body using pranayama, meditation. Programs related to Mudra, Bandha and Yogic practice will also be broadcast.
