There are innumerable chapters welcoming the dignitaries in Charbagh. But the arrival of the President of the country by the Presidential train was for the first time. There was an atmosphere of curiosity and enthusiasm in Lucknow regarding this. before this
The President was received on his arrival at Kanpur Central by the Presidential train. For this, Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath were present at Kanpur Central station. The Governor and the Chief Minister were also with the Governor during his visit to Paraukh and Pukhrayan. On this occasion, he also offered prayers at the temple of Paraukh. A reception was organized in honor of the President here. Which was addressed by the Governor and the Chief Minister apart from the President. In the second leg of the train journey, Ram Nath Kovind had arrived at Charbagh railway station in Lucknow. He was welcomed here by Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Many dignitaries including Deputy Chief Minister Dr Dinesh Sharma were present on the occasion.

In the congratulation ceremony, Yogi had described the President as devoted to the national religion. Seeing the enthusiasm and intimacy of people towards them, we all have realized the deep roots and rites of India’s eternal tradition and social system. The President has done the work of increasing his dignity and pride with his work. He started his public life from Pukhrayan region. Even today we are getting to see the same enthusiasm, same zeal in him. He has made public service the goal of his life. He said that with the inspiration of the President and the Prime Minister, a new medical college has been approved in Kanpur Dehat. It will be started soon. Expressing gratitude to the President for dedicating his ancestral house to the citizens of village Paraunkh for the center of meeting and for the State Government by constructing Veerangana Jhalkari Bai College, he said that the President has fulfilled his responsibility towards the birthplace. The State Government will strongly carry forward the President’s resolve to develop Veerangana Jhalkari Bai College as an important center of education.

Governor Anandiben Patel also addressed the felicitation ceremony. He said that Rashtrapatiji worked for the upliftment of Dalits while holding various positions. He continued to fight for the upliftment of the deprived sections of the society. His life is an inspiration to all of us. Rashtrapati ji has enhanced the honor of all of us by coming here. He maintained high standards throughout his life.
