University of Lucknow had launched the new recruitment portal of the University along with 5 other digital facilities, after their inauguration by Her Excellency Governor of Uttar Pradesh Smt. Anandiben Patel. During the ceremony, Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai had announced that on the occasion of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s birthday on the 17th of September, the University would be publishing advertisements for the new appointments at various levels in the University. Fulfilling his promise, the University today announced advertisements for recruitment to 180 posts today. Applications are invited through the University of Lucknow Online Recruitment Portal, and the complete list of posts is available on the University website. Applications received as per the University Grants Commission’s prescribed qualifications will be verified, and the information will be sent to the applicants shortlisted for the interview rounds.
After the interview round, the list of finally selected candidates will also be displayed through the appointment panel itself. Step by step information throughout the entire process of filling the application form till the release of the final selected list will be received by the applicant through this portal. Today, after the publication of the advertisement inviting applications, Vice Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai himself examined the portal, submitted a mock-application form and expressed confidence that this portal, will not only save time and resources, but will also ensure continuity, speed and transparency in the process.
