Lucknow. Signing of MoU with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE)
University of Lucknow, Lucknow on September 26, 2020 signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) Lucknow as educational partnerships agreement. TiE is a global organization set up by leading entrepreneurs at Silicon Valley USA and currently has a global presence. Its mission is to foster entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking, education, funding, incubation and giving back to the community.
The MoU was signed by the Vice-Chancellor Prof. Alok Kumar Rai and the TiE Lucknow president Mr. Ashish Kaul. The MoU will benefit the University in various ways as in developing a start-up ecosystem in the University; for internships and other relevant exposure to students; in curriculum developments; in organizing seminars and industry conclaves and pursuing other mutually advantageous undertakings. The MoU was signed in the presence of Prof. Arvind Mohan (Dean Academics), Prof. A. K. Singh (Additional Dean Academics), Dr. Kiran Lata Dangwal (Additional Dean Academics) and Mr. Kushal Bhargava from TiE
